Step 2 Approval Process [Required Time: about 8 weeks]
Have the Contract (I.D407) notarized at the Labor Department of Consulate
Submit Maid Application Documents to the Immigration Department of Hong Kong
Employer gets the Receipt (ID813) indicating the reference no. of application documents
Employer receives Visa Approval Notification Letter (ID815B) or be noticed by telephone
Get the visa for maid at the Immigration Department of Hong Kong
Decide the date of arrival for maid by the Center & Employer
Submit Maid Application Documents to the Immigration Department of Hong Kong
Employer gets the Receipt (ID813) indicating the reference no. of application documents
Employer receives Visa Approval Notification Letter (ID815B) or be noticed by telephone
Get the visa for maid at the Immigration Department of Hong Kong
Decide the date of arrival for maid by the Center & Employer
